Cooperation with Deceuninck Group

We are pleased to inform you that we have established a lasting cooperation with the Deceuninck Group/

So Easy Holding BVBA has signed a joint-venture agreement (50/50) with the Deceuninck group.

Deceuninck was founded in 1937 and today ranks among the top three manufacturers of PVC systems and composite profiles in the world for the production of, among other things, windows and doors.

The group’s operational activities cover :

Western European countries, Eastern Europe North America Turkey and Emerging Market countries representing 15 production sites and 21 warehousing centres.

Deceuninck is also listed on Euronext Brussels.

The Deceuninck Group’s focus on the design, production and delivery of innovative , eco-friendly products fits perfectly with our company strategy and our new ‘So Easy‘ systems.

Already on 12 February 2019, a further 6 systems from the “So Easy” family will be premiered at BUDMA.
